Meet Jennifer Meadows: Executive Chef, Entrepeneur

Jennifer has traveled the country working in the culinary hot-spots of America: Rhode Island, California, Hawaii, New York. Since graduating Johnson & Wales University, she has worked every chef position there is, and presently operates as Executive Chef of Fishbar. She has appeared on the Food Network twice, and was featured in a Food Curated video documentary, The Apple of Montauk Fishermen's Eyes: Chef Jennifer Meadows of Fishbar.

 

Meet Daniel Grimm: Consultant, Restauranteur

Daniel runs the front of the house at Fishbar, and maintains the financial and technological systems of the business. Daniel's college education emphasized investigation into the underlying principals of how people and systems work, which helped him develop the investigative nose and the problem solving skills he uses on a daily basis to make his business and the businesses of others succeed.
